Privacy Policy

The short version. Wonderkid Factory keeps your game on your own device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The only information that leaves your phone is what Apple and our payments provider need to process an in-app purchase — and only if you choose to make one.
Who we are
Wonderkid Factory is an independent iPhone game made by Dan Moraga in the United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, contact support@wonderkid-factory.co.uk.
Information stored on your device
Your academy — the players you sign, your funds, reputation, league position, settings and history — is saved in a database on your device. It is never transmitted to us and we cannot see it.
Because the save is local, deleting the app deletes your game. We hold no copy and cannot restore it.
Information we do not collect
The app does not:
- ask you to create an account or sign in;
- collect your name, email address, phone number or postal address;
- include analytics or usage-tracking software;
- show advertising, or include any advertising network;
- track you across other apps or websites, or use the device advertising identifier (IDFA);
- access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location;
- sell or share personal information with anyone.
In-app purchases
The game is free to download, with one optional purchase that unlocks the full version. If you buy it:
- Apple processes the payment. We never see your card details, billing address or Apple ID. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat validates the purchase so the app knows you're entitled to the full version. It receives a randomly generated, pseudonymous identifier and the purchase receipt — not your name or email. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
This is the only circumstance in which the app communicates with an outside service. If you never make a purchase, the app has no reason to send anything anywhere.
Legal basis and retention
Where UK GDPR applies, our lawful basis for processing purchase information is performance of a contract — it is necessary to give you the content you paid for and to restore it on a new device. Purchase records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat for as long as needed to support restoring purchases and to meet accounting obligations. We hold no separate database of our own.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Because we hold no account or personal records ourselves, most requests relate to purchase data held by Apple or RevenueCat, and we will help you direct them appropriately. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator.
Children
Wonderkid Factory is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children, is not published in the App Store Kids Category, and contains no advertising, no chat and no user-generated content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If the app's behaviour changes — for example if analytics were ever added — this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
